The new building of a small block of flats which is primarily designed for seniors is the content of the presented work. The building consists of four flats, including one barrier-free, there is also a technical support and manicure and pedicure, too. This is a classic masonry building with no insulation. The building has three floors and a flat roof . Paved and parking areas are adjacent to the building. The project is designed to rural development in Bernartice nad Odrou. Glued laminated beams which form the roof structure are the specialty of the proposal.

Apartment building Lanškroun

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building in Lanškroun. It is a town in the district of Ústí nad orlicí in the Pardubice Region. The building has three floors above ground and one underground floor. In the basement there is a utility room, cellar and storage space. In the above-ground part of the building there are a total of 6 residential units of various sizes from 1+kk to 4+kk. On the second and third floors there is a balcony and on the third floor there is a covered terrace. The structural load-bearing system is made of ceramic blocks with ceramic ceilings, the stair construction is made of reinforced concrete monolithic and is connected to the ceilings. The building has an elevator.

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a detached house with an establishment, Měrotín. The building has a floor plan consisting of two rectangles. Larger rectangle consists of a living area, smaller rectangle consists of a garage. Above the living area is a gabled roof. The space above the garage is designed as a terrace. The building is bricked up ceramic bricks, brand Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain towards the north. Detached house with an establishment is designed for 4-5 member family of one floor, a garret and a basement, where the establishment is located. The building is based on the strip foundations. Part of this Bachelor thesis is also the essay on topic flat roofs.

The movement amongst the floors is through concrete staircase. The object is built from the Porotherm system and covered with a flat roof. The building is based on underlying reinforced concrete belts.

The con-tent of the work is an accompanying report and summary technical report of the building, the construction situation and the solution of relations of wider trans-port routes, technological regulations for the implementation of ceramic structu-res and for the implementation of wooden ceiling construction, machine design, site equipment solutions, safety and health solutions construction sites and in-spection and test plans for the execution of ceramic structures and for the executi-on of wooden ceiling structures.

The movement amongst the floors is through concrete staircase. The object is built from the SENDWIX system and is equipped by contact thermal insulation system. Ceilings are made of ceramic beams and inserts. There are flat roof in the project and green roof. The building is based underlying concrete belts.
